All Eastman Strings mandolins are carved by hand from aged tonewoods and are available in both the Eastman's famous spirit-varnish finish and our Rich Lacquer finish. The experience and knowledge of Eastman Strings luthiers ensure that these instruments have the best materials and craftsmanship available anywhere.This fully hand-carved mandolin is handcrafted with a solid flamed maple back and sides and an aged spruce top. Upgrades include Schaller nickel plated tuners, a single-ply headstock, back binding, and 3-ply binding on top. Available in our Classic or Sunburst finish.
